What are promotional products?
Answer
Promotional products - usually imprinted with a company's name, logo or message - include useful or decorative
articles of merchandise that are utilized in marketing and communication programs. Imprinted
products that are distributed free are called advertising specialties. Imprinted items given as
an incentive for a specific action are known as premiums. Business gifts, awards and commemoratives
are also considered promotional products.

How do I place an order?
Answer
All orders will be taken care via phone, fax, email, or regular mail. Once we receive
all the necessary information, we will fax the order to you for your signature. You may fax
or mail the order back to us. Once we receive your signed copy, and approval of artwork, it
will then be placed into production.

What kind of artwork do you accept? Will a paper proof be sent?
Answer
Artwork must be sent camera-ready. Camera-ready artwork is a quality black and
white piece of artwork that printers require to reproduce a custom trademark, design, or
special type. This means that the art must be clean, sharp, and ready for reproducing.
You can email your artwork to us,
place it on disk, or submit it by mail on clean, white, glossy paper.
Mutli-color imprints must be color separated with the correct PMS ink color indicated. Charges may be incurred ($25 per hour) if artwork needs to be edited. Artwork will be kept on file for two years on repeat orders.
A proof of your design will be faxed/emailed to you for approval on all new orders and
order changes. Orders will remain on hold until a signed art approval is received.

What is a Setup/Screen Charge?
Answer
Most promotional products require a custom plate or screen to be
made in order for your products to be imprinted. These charges are calculated
per color of imprint. The normal setup/screen charge is $40.00 unless otherwise
stated. No screen charge is incurred on repeat orders using the exact same design.

What are the minimums I can order?
Answer
Acceptable minimum is the lowest quantity listed on each catalog page. This varies from supplier to supplier. Less than
minimum is sometimes acceptable, but always incurrs an additional charge.

Can I get a better price than what is shown in the product catalog?
Answer
Yes. Except for the Best Buys catalog, many products are often on sale. Please
inquire as to pricing when interested in a particular product.

What is normal production time?
Answer
After receipt/approval of artwork, most promotional products are shipped within seven (7)
to twenty (20) working days. Shipping time will be determined by the method you choose and
the distance it travels. All "in hands dates" are needed during the ordering process to insure
that delivery can be met.

What do the listed prices for each product include?
Answer
The prices include a 1-color imprint. If you are interested in a multi-color imprint, please ask us
for additional charges involved.

Are shipping and handling charges included in the product prices shown? Where are the products shipped from?
Answer
Prices do not include the shipping and handling
charges. Shipping and handling
charges will be separately stated on your invoice. An estimate of these charges
can be given during the order authorization process and/or before your goods are shipped. All promotional products are shipped F.O.B. factory
(could be from just about anywhere in the United States).
